This Hokkaido scallop rice kit combines Fukkirinko rice with scallops from Funka Bay in Hokkaido.
The seasoning uses kombu soy sauce, bonito, round herring, grilled flying fish, kelp, shiitake, and maitake dashi for a rich Japanese-style flavor.
Just place the contents in a container, microwave for 5 minutes, and let it steam for 5 minutes before serving.
