It contains 24 pieces in total, 6 pieces each of the 4 flavors: plain, Amaou strawberry milk flavor, Yame matcha flavor, and honey lemon flavor. This is a bite-sized Japanese-Western fusion sweet made of moist Baumkuchen dough wrapped around yokan. The plain flavor is made with azuki bean yokan, the Amaou strawberry milk flavor is a white bean paste-based yokan made with jam and puree from Amaou strawberries produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, the Yame matcha flavor is made with azuki bean yokan and dough kneaded with Yame matcha paste from Fukuoka Prefecture, and the honey lemon flavor is a white bean paste yokan that harmonizes the freshness of lemon with the richness of honey, each of which matches perfectly with the Baumkuchen dough. All flavors are characterized by the gentle flavor of eggs and the moist texture of the yokan, and are bite-sized and easy to eat.
