With the same buttery and nutty flavor as our Supreme and Royal caviar, this domestic (California) roe varies in size and color. The eggs stimulate pure pleasure with their soft texture, simplicity and savor. Mother of Pearl spoon and tin opener not included.

Regiis Ova Caviar (“Royal Egg” in Latin) is affordable and high quality farm-raised caviar from Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Keller. Founded by Keller and caviar expert Shaoching Bishop in 2018, Regiis Ova Caviar is all farmed and sustainably harvested.
Care Instructions: upon arrival, place the caviar and/or roe in the refrigerator (keep in the coldest section, towards the back, of the refrigerator if possible)
Caviar can be stored in the refrigerator unopened for up to 6 weeks. Once opened, caviar is best enjoyed within 3 days for best flavor
Do not freeze caviar. Serves 2-4 persons.
All orders arrive via FedEx priority overnight, we deliver Tuesday through Friday. Friday orders will deliver the following Tuesday. Because we pack all caviar to order, it will remain fresh 6-8 weeks when stored well. Please note, we are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. We are not able to accept any returns or issue refunds.
