Yamaki Bonito Dashi Stock Pack 8P 1 each

This dashi pack is made with 100% natural ingredients, focusing on the umami and aroma of bonito flakes. It uses three types of bonito flakes: "ice-temperature aged bonito flakes" with a strong umami flavor, rough bonito flakes with a strong smoky aroma, and rough bonito flakes with a mellow aroma. Domestic sardine niboshi and southern Hokkaido kelp further enhance the aroma of the dashi.
