Day night combination: Contains 1 bottle of DayQuil daytime liquid and 1 bottle of NyQuil nighttime liquid, each 12 fl oz (354mL).
DayQuil daytime: a non drowsy formula that helps alleviate nasal congestion, cough, sore throat, headache, mild body pain, and fever.
NyQuil at night: helps relieve cough, sore throat, headache, mild body pain, fever, runny nose, and sneezing.

Effective ingredients (per 30mL)

DayQuil: Acetaminophen 650mg, Dexmedetomidine HBr 20mg, Deoxyepinephrine Hydrochloride 10mg.
NyQuil: Acetaminophen 650mg, Dexmedetomidine HBr 30mg, Docetamine Succinate 12.5mg.

How to use

Adults and children aged 12 and above: 30mL of DayQuil every 4 hours; 30mL of NyQuil every 6 hours; no product should be used more than 4 times within 24 hours. Only use the accompanying measuring cup and follow the actual Drug Facts label.

Important Notice

Both drugs contain acetaminophen, please do not use them together with other drugs containing acetaminophen. NyQuil may cause significant drowsiness, please do not drive or operate machinery after taking it.
