TAK SHING HONG Nourishing Medicated Soup Base
Zi Bu Yao Shan Soup (滋补药膳汤底)

Ingredients:
Yuan Rou (Dried Longan Meat), Bei Qi (Radix Astragali), Dang Shen (Pilose Asiabell), Hong Zao (Dried Red Dates), Yu Zhu (Polygonatum Odoratum), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry)

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, chicken or lean pork, and approximately 2000ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.

Serving Size:
Approximately 2 servings per packet.
