Mutton Soup / Winter-Proof Lamb Soup

Ingredients:
Bei Qi (Radix Astragali), Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry), Hong Zao (Dried Red Dates), Yuan Rou (Dried Longan Meat), Ba Jiao (Dried Anise Seed), Dou Kou (Cardamom), Yu Zhu (Polygonatum Odoratum), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica), Gui Pi (Cinnamon Bark), Dang Shan (Pilose Asiabell)

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, 500g of lamb, and approximately 2500–3000ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 3 hours. Season with salt before serving.

Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.
