Ingredients:
Yu Zhu (Polygonatum Odoratum), Sha Shen (Radix Adenophorae), Lian Zi (White Lotus Seed), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Qian Shi (Dried Fox Nuts), Bai He (Dried Lily Bulb), Mi Zao (Sweet Dates)

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, lean pork or chicken, and about 1500ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for approximately 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.

Serving Size:
Approximately 2 servings per packet.

Important Notes:
Use with caution or discontinue use during periods of cold, fever, cough, or active infection.
