Ingredients:
Bei Qi (Radix Astragali), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Yuan Rou (Dried Longan Meat), Chong Cao Jun (Cordyceps Fungus), Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry)

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients before use. Add the herbs together with black chicken or other preferred meats and simmer until fully cooked. Season to taste before serving.
