Toei Foods' "Donburi Noodles Natto Soba 81.5g" is an instant noodle made of fried noodles using wheat flour and buckwheat flour produced in Japan, with crushed natto produced in Japan added. The frying oil is 100% vegetable oil, and the soup does not contain any chemical seasonings, but contains umami ingredients such as powdered soy sauce, yeast extract, powdered fish sauce, scallop extract, and shiitake mushroom extract. No genetically modified ingredients are used.
