It is based on beef fat and lard, and is mixed with wheat flour, sugar, salt, starch, beef bouillon, vegetable bouillon powder, yeast extract powder, tomato sauce powder, etc. to create a flavor that harmonizes the richness of the concentrated demi-glace sauce with the flavor of the vegetables. Red wine powder and onion extract powder are also added, giving it a rich flavor and mellow mouthfeel.
