As this is a fresh food product, its optimal flavor period (best-before date) is a maximum of 25 days from the date of manufacture. We arrange procurement, packaging, and shipping only after receiving your order; consequently, *nama-yatsuhashi* orders require approximately 4 to 5 days for dispatch—longer than our standard products. Please note that it is normal for the product to have only 5 to 10 days of shelf life remaining upon delivery.
