These rice crackers are known as “kaki no tane” given their distinctive shape which is reminiscent of persimmon (“kaki” in Japanese) seed. Made from 100% domestic glutinous rice, in-house craftsmen shape and flavor this cracker mix as: plain, soy sauce, smoked cheese, and spicy chili pepper.

Suggested Uses: Enjoy as is or pair with green tea, beer, or other alcoholic beverages. Try adding peanuts for added flavor and texture.
Substitutions: Enjoy as an alternative to your favorite snack mix or trail mix. Can also be crushed and used in place of breadcrumbs when frying fish or chicken.
