Miso Ramen 1 each

Highlights

• Hand-crafted, dry-aged noodles
• Rich & creamy Fukuoka-style pork broth
• As easy as instant noodles but far more flavorful

There’s nothing more comforting than a hot bowl of savory ramen. Famous around the world, ramen has become one of Japan’s most well-known dishes. Each region offers its own unique style and flavor based on the local ingredients used for the broth, noodles and toppings. This miso ramen features hand-crafted, dry-aged noodles and a rich, flavorful pork broth made with savory miso and soy sauce seasoned with chili powder, ginger, and garlic.

Suggested Uses: To prepare, break the noodles in half and place in a large amount of boiling water (550 ml (~ 2 cups) or more). Boil for 2-2½ minutes. While the noodles are cooking, put the contents of the seasoning packet into a bowl and combine with 270ml (~1 cup) of boiling water. Drain the cooked noodles and add to the prepared soup. Top with slices of roast pork, green onions, and sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
Substitutions: Enjoy in place of your typical instant ramen for a more flavorful experience.
