Product Details for Cookper Microwave Fish Grilling Box (for one piece):
● The heating sheet inside the box quickly warms to high temperature, thoroughly heating the fish in a short time.
● The box-shaped design prevents splatter of fish flesh and fat, keeping the microwave interior clean.
● The heating sheet is silicone-coated, allowing fish to peel off smoothly without breaking apart.
● The box can be used consecutively up to two times.

Usage Instructions:
(1) Assemble the box and place the fish on the heating sheet.
(2) Close the box.
(3) Place on a microwave-safe plate and heat in the microwave. After heating, remove the entire plate, open the top, and take out the fish.
- For two consecutive uses:
Wipe off any fat stains from the box and place it on a new microwave-safe plate for use (use without delay).
- Disposal:
Do not discard the hot box. Dispose of it after it cools.
★ Fish suitable for cooking:
Cut fish (salted salmon, salted mackerel, Saikyo miso-marinated fish [salmon, mackerel, black cod, yellowtail], dried marinated fish [horse mackerel, sardines, mackerel], salmon, mackerel, black cod, yellowtail), open fish (horse mackerel), small portioned fish for bentos (salmon).

Precautions:
★ During cooking:
- Cut large fish into sizes that fit the heating sheet before use.
- Do not use for fish with eggs or fish roe.
- Thaw frozen fish before placing in the box and heating.
- Popping sounds may occur during heating.
- If not cooked sufficiently, add 10 seconds at a time while monitoring.
- Do not use in ways other than the specified "Usage Instructions" (use microwave's grill function according to wattage and time; do not use for fish other than those listed above).
- Always heat on a heat-resistant plate.
- Be careful of burns from hot heat-resistant plate after heating; use tongs or mitts to remove.
- Hot steam will escape from the box after heating; beware of burns.
- Fish flesh, fat, or seasoning liquids may splatter after heating; take precautions against burns.
- Do not let the box catch fire; follow these rules:
(1) Do not dry burn.
(2) Do not apply fat to the heating sheet.
(3) Use in a 500W or 600W microwave.
(4) Monitor heating time carefully to prevent overcooking.
(5) Wipe off seasonings like miso before heating.
(6) Do not reuse more than 3 times, or reheat fish in the box after initial use.
(7) Do not wet the box before use or reheat fish in the box after cooking.
- Do not use if the heating sheet is damaged or detached from the box.
- Store out of children's reach.
- Keep away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and high temperatures/humidity.
