Meizan Thin Round Egg Noodle 500 g

Meizan Premium Egg Noodles are made from high-quality wheat flour and fresh, quarantined chicken eggs. They are produced on an automated production line using modern technology that mimics the traditional hand-pulled noodle-making method, resulting in naturally chewy and delicious noodles that are safe for health. The product contains no borax, no preservatives, and no artificial coloring. With thin noodles, it is especially suitable for hot pot dishes.

Instructions for Use:

1. Put the noodle bundle into boiling water. Boil for about 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Avoid overcooking.

2. Remove the noodles and rinse with cold water, then drain well.

3. Add a small amount of vegetable oil and mix gently to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

For stir-fried dishes: Cook your choice of meat/seafood/vegetables. Then add the noodles and stir-fry until hot.

For soup dishes: Serve with broth or hot pot as desired.
