Marutomo Bonito Flakes Dashi 3.57 oz

Ingredients: Dried sahved bonito, dried shaved mackerel, and drived shaved scad.

Allergens: Fish (bonito, mackerel, scad).

Dried fish flakes, basically. Perfect for making a classic Japanese soup stock. The coolest part is that after you put them on top of takoyako or okonomiyaki, they slightly move as if to the rhythm of their own drum. Oh, and they're so tasty too.
