Delicious Korean stir-fried glass noodle dish(Japchae)

200g Monggo glass noodles, 100g beef (or mushrooms for a vegetarian option), 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1/2 red bel pepper, 2 minced garlic, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, salt & pepper to taste.

How to Cook

1. Boil water in a large pot, add the glass noodles, and cook for about 6-7 minutes, or until they are soft. 
2. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cut into shorter lengths if desired. 
3. Thinly slice alㅣ vegetables and meat. 
4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and Stir-fry all ingredients. 
5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, stir-fried beef and vegetables, and seasonings, and toss well until evenly coated.
6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and enjoy!
