材料
- 梅頭肉 150 克 [切丁]
- 栗粉適量 [上粉用]
- 甜紅椒 1 個 [切塊]
- 罐頭鳳梨 4 片 [瀝幹、切塊]
- 李錦記甜酸排骨醬 1 包 [80 克]
醃料
- 鹽 ½ 茶匙
- 糖 1 茶匙
- 蛋汁 1 湯匙
梅頭肉切丁粒與醃料拌勻。梅頭肉沾上粟粉，放入熱油中炸至金黃熟透，瀝幹。
用 1 湯匙炒甜椒塊 1 分鐘。
加入甜酸排骨醬、鳳梨塊和炸好的梅頭肉拌炒直至加熱均勻。
