Kitakyushu specialty Kashiwa udon 3 bag set 1 bunch

You can enjoy the famous Kashiwa udon from platforms 7 and 8 of Kokura Station right at home. Soul food of Kitakyushu. A hidden gem that comes with a set of boiled noodles, soup, and kashiwa.

Kitakyushu's famous Kashiwa udon was created at the government-run Yawata Steel Works (1901), which produced more than half of Japan's steel production before World War II.It was created by the people who worked hard every day dreaming of Japan's prosperity. These are the udon noodles that have supported my heart and soul to this day. Please enjoy Kitakyushu Kashiwa Udon, a powerful source of energy that supports working people.

When it comes to standing and eating, udon is the mainstream in Kokura. It has a slightly soft and chewy texture. The noodles contain delicious soup and become even softer. Enjoy delicious and healthy noodles with plenty of soup that brings out the flavor of bonito and kelp.
