Ethiopia Yirgacheffe G2 Hand Drip 7T

Known for its more refined taste compared to other coffees, “Ethiopia Yirgacheffe” is mostly semi-wild rather than cultivated, offering rich floral aromas and the fruity pulp notes of coffee cherries. It is a coffee where the taste and aroma of wine blend harmoniously with the sweetness of sweet potatoes.

Referred to as the “birthplace of coffee,” Ethiopia Yirgacheffe G2 is grown in the highlands of Yirgacheffe at elevations above 1,700 meters. It is known for its high bean density compared to other varieties, often called the “noble lady of coffee” due to its elegant flavor profile.

Recipe to enjoy delicious McNulty Hand Drip

Hot Drip Coffee

1. Cut along the perforation line of the drip bag containing the coffee.
2. Pull the wings on both sides of the filter and secure it to the cup.
3. Pour a small amount of about 30mL of warm water and let it steam for 20 seconds, then pour 120mL of warm water 3-4 times.
4. Cool drip coffee

Cold Drip Coffee

1. Cut along the perforation line of the drip bag containing the coffee.
2. Put ice into the cup, then pull the wings on both sides of the filter to secure it to both sides of the cup.
3. Pour a small amount of warm water (about 15mL) and let it steam for 20 seconds, then pour 90mL of water 3-4 times.
