What is Gokujo AAA Uni?
Sourced from Hokkaido daily auction — selected from over 1,000 trays each morning. Gokujo (極上) is the highest tier in Japan's auction grading system. How to enjoy
Serve it fresh and simple — over warm rice as a uni donburi, as nigiri, or straight from the tray. A little fresh wasabi or a few grains of sea salt is all it needs. Keep it cold until the moment you serve it.
Pairing notes — warm rice, fresh wasabi, sea salt, nori, and a dry or sparkling sake.
Handling & freshness: Fresh uni — use within 3 days of arrival. Do not freeze; freezing breaks the texture and the uni cannot recover. Refrigerate immediately on receipt. Our Hokkaido team hand-selects your tray at auction each morning from over 1,000 trays; stock is limited and reflects live market conditions. Freshness guaranteed or full refund.
