It is made using only Miyazaki Hyuganatsu fruit, Hyuganatsu skin, unsalted Miyazaki fermented butter, and sugar beet sugar. By quickly baking it in a low-temperature vacuum oven, the refreshing aroma and natural sweetness of the Hyuganatsu fruit are maximized, and the refreshing citrus flavor and smooth buttery texture fill your mouth. 

It's great spread on toast or baguette every morning, or served on crackers to accompany a glass of wine.
