Why You’ll Love It

Pristine Lagoon Terroir: Farmed in untouched, UNESCO World Heritage-listed waters, sustained by natural marine phytoplankton and certified ASC-compliant feeds produced by local mills.

100% Pure & Clean: Raised completely free of antibiotics, chemicals, or artificial additives.

Peak Freshness Preserved: Each prawn is hand-selected with head and shell intact, then flash-frozen immediately after harvest to lock in sashimi-grade quality, tenderness, and rich umami.

Visually Stunning & Flavorful: Raw, they feature a distinctive crystalline blue hue; when cooked, they transform into a vibrant coral red with a remarkably firm, succulent bite.

Preparation & Culinary Applications

Sashimi & Crudo: Thaw briefly under cold running water, peel, and serve raw to savor the pure, delicate sweetness and clean ocean finish.

Charcoal Grill & BBQ: Grill whole with head and shell on to intensify the savory juices and caramelized flavors.

Pan-Seared & Sautéed: Toss in hot olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs for garlic prawns, pasta, or paella.

Crispy Tempura & Frying: The firm texture holds up beautifully to flash-frying, yielding a tender, juicy center.
