Carefully selected fresh beef filling, combined with green onions and a small amount of carrots, these buns have a thin wrapper, generous filling, Beef Baos are juicy, delicious, and tender.  The traditional sourdough fermentation process enhances the natural wheat aroma and chewy texture.  Importantly, this process ensures that the bun wrappers remain firm and not sticky even after being refrigerated or frozen and then steamed or pan-fried again.

Instructions for Use:

Steaming: Place in steamer once water boils, steam for 13-15 minutes.

Pan-frying: Heat a pan with a little oil, add 1/4 cup of water, and cook on low heat for 12-13minutes.

Microwaving: Lightly sprinkle water on each bun or roll, cover, and microwave for 40-50 seconds.
