How to Rehydrate Morel Mushrooms

1. Rinse the mushrooms briefly to remove surface dust.
2. Prepare warm water at approximately 122°F / 50°C.
3. Soak the morels for about 30 minutes.
4. Remove and gently rinse the inside of each mushroom.
5. Allow the soaking liquid to settle, strain it, and add it to soups or stews for additional flavor.
