Ingredients:

Quick Cooking Instructions:

Preparation: Soak snow swallow, peach gum, and snow lotus seeds separately for 10-12 hours (overnight) until fully expanded. Rinse thoroughly to remove impurities.

Boiling: Boil 3-5 liters of water. Add red dates, peach gum, and snow lotus seeds; simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Finishing: Add rock sugar, longan, goji berries, and chia seeds. Finally, add the snow swallow, bring back to a boil, and turn off the heat immediately (do not overcook or the snow swallow will melt).

Storage: Let it cool, pour into bottles or jars, and keep refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
