[Ingredients]
Noodles (wheat flour (domestically produced), reduced starch syrup, salt / alcohol, kansui (alkaline water), modified starch, (contains some wheat))
Soup (chicken extract (domestically produced), salt, processed oil and fat products, sugar, soy sauce, mussel extract, fish sauce / alcohol, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel color, acidulant, sweetener (licorice), flavoring, (contains some wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork))
Allergens (substances that cause allergic reactions): wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork

【How to cook】 
1. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.(2 liters of water per bag of noodles)
2. Prepare it in a bowl, dilute the included soup with about 270ml of hot water.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and medium heat for about 10 seconds , while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5. Adding your favorite toppings (chashu pork, menma bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) will make it even more delicious.
 

【How to Enjoy with Rice】
The leftover soup goes perfectly with rice and wasabi. Please give it a try.
1.Pour the soup over the rice to enjoy it in a ochazuke style.
2.Dissolve wasabi to your liking.
