【Ingredients】
Noodles (Wheat flour (domestically produced in Japan), reduced starch syrup, salt / alcohol, kansui (alkaline water), modified starch, (contains some wheat))
Soup (Meat extract (domestically produced in Japan), salt, soy sauce, seafood extract, vegetable oil, bonito flake extract, mackerel flake dashi, animal fat, blended dashi (bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, dried sardines), sugar / alcohol, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), coloring (caramel, marigold), thickener (xanthan gum), flavoring, (contains some wheat, mackerel, soybean, chicken)
Allergens: Wheat, Mackerel, Soybean, Chicken

【How to cook】 
1. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.(2 liters of water per bag of noodles)
2. Prepare it in a bowl, dilute the included soup with about 250ml of hot water.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and medium heat for about 1min , while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5. Adding your favorite toppings (chashu pork, menma bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) will make it even more delicious.
