Kyushu Limited Mentaiko Flavor "Kyushu Limited Jagariko (Mentaiko Flavor)" is a local snack made by Calbee and is only sold in the Kyushu region (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima). Its greatest feature is that you can enjoy the taste of Kyushu's specialty mentaiko with Jagariko's unique "crispy at first, crunchy afterwards" texture. This product uses domestic potatoes, and the flavor and spicy spiciness of mentaiko spreads throughout your mouth. Coarse mentaiko is also kneaded into the product, giving it a mentaiko-like appearance. The more you chew, the more the umami and slight spiciness of the mentaiko lingers, making it a taste that you won't be able to stop eating.
