Great, I finally managed to buy some glass noodles! I can use them for sour soup beef and vegetarian noodles, hehe. I can only use glass noodles as a temporary substitute since I can't find rice noodle strips for hot pot. Why is it that in the US, Hong Kong, or Guangdong, what's called "wide rice noodles" actually has such narrow strips? Don't they have rice noodle strips of normal width or white wide rice noodles?
