Super spicy… Original flavor
I tried it last time and it tasted exactly like Yeop Tteokbokki, so I bought two more.
Wow, I was seriously so shocked. It was so spicy... I tried Yeop-tteok for the first time 20 years ago, and to use a really crude expression, I was so shocked by the spiciness that I thought I should rip my tongue out. I hadn't eaten it for 20 years, but I bought some to try again, forgetting that memory for a moment... I ate a few pieces of rice cake and put my chopsticks down, but I don't know how many times I went to the bathroom over the next two days... I couldn't sleep at night. I never thought of myself as someone who can't handle spicy food... Please keep this in mind before buying. Eat the Rosé or Mild versions. The Original is scary. The taste is good, and the fish cakes are tasty too.
It really tastes like Dongdaemun Yeopgi Tteokbokki. Honestly, I was a little disappointed when I ate it at a restaurant in Orange County, but this is a flavor you simply cannot fail with. If you buy Vienna sausages from the supermarket (make sure to buy the long ones) and add cabbage and boil it... it feels just like being in Seoul. This is my second time buying it, and I always stock up on it.
The original is definitely spicy. It's the perfect flavor to eat when you're stressed.

The Original is seriously super spicy lol. I added milk, water, and sugar and boiled it, but it was so spicy that I only ate a few and sent the rest home. ㅠㅠ However, the rice cakes and fish cakes were delicious, so I plan to order the Mild version again.

I actually enjoyed the original, but it was so spicy that I felt both pain and pleasure at the same time. The mild version, however, is just delicious...!!! From now on, I won't be so bold and will stick to the mild flavor.

I think the Mild is perfect when you're craving tteokbokki. It's not spicy.

The Original is a little spicy, and the Mild is just the right amount of spiciness, which is great! It's a shame that the sausage is missing like in Korea, but it's still nice to be able to eat Yeop Tteokbokki whenever I crave it
I was worried because it showed as sold out right after I placed the order, but I received it safely. As expected, the Mild flavor is just the right level of spiciness for my taste buds I didn't add anything else and just cooked it using what was in the package, and I only used half of the rice cakes and sauce~ I enjoyed it and really let my stress melt away lol
