I love this Yunnam rice noodle. Great
NOT GLUTEN FREE!! I saw a review saying they are and made soup with them, but the texture was so silky and the flavor was so light, I did some research to make sure. Unfortunately, I found other sites confirming this product contains wheat. It's my fault for not looking into in more beforehand and luckily my sensitivity isn't dangerous. Just wanted to give fair warning for those who might be avoiding gluten. Giving five stars, though, because I only realized they probably had wheat in them because they were so extremely delicious! Barely left enough for a photo!
