There were five pieces of fish jaw. After rinsing and drying them, I put them directly into the air fryer to bake. The meat was very tender and sweet, with no fishy smell.
This fish jaw is absolutely delicious! I've bought it several times already, and the quality has always been excellent! Because it's a fatty fish, I personally love to air-fry it until the skin, fatty parts, and even the bones are crispy!
