Golden Potatoes (5 lbs) These Klondike Goldust potatoes from Green Giant have a yellow skin and yellow flesh. The skin is yellowish-brown, and the flesh is golden inside. Fresh and affordable! Potatoes oxidize and brown easily when exposed to air after peeling and cutting. Soaking them in water helps prevent oxidation and keeps them a bright yellow color. I immediately made potato and beef stew and fried some fries, which my kids love!
