Good quality Laxmi masoor dal
Proper packet
Laxmi Split Red Lentils, is my preferred brand of red lentils. This is a repurchase more times than I can remember. It can be used in soups, curries, savory and sweet snacks, cooked in rice etc. Here I prepared dal with red Lentils and split urad. It’s an absolute amazing peas to make dal. It was served with steamed Sona Masoori rice, curried flat beans and coconut choka. Supper was a hit.
Good quality beans at a cheap price, I will buy again.
I use a lot of red lentils and in the past have bought whole masoor, but the split and skinned dal will cut down prep time for some recipes.

These mung beans are delicious; when soaked, they don't release that bright yellow coloring like the ones bought at the market, which is terrible. From now on, I'll only buy this brand from now on, thank you Weee

A great addition for dal. I also like to add carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, cilantro, butter/oil, and a bunch of spices like cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chili powder, turmeric, bay leaf, and a lot of salt.
