Yellow Dragon Fruits were delicious! Very juicy and mildly sweet! The easiest way to eat it is to cut in half and eat with a spoon! Or you can cut off the skin and dice it up if you want to. I kept them in room temperature for a few days until they became a little soft, and then kept them in a fridge. They last for days. I will buy it again when it goes on sale.
