The dish of pickled mustard greens, bamboo shoots, and clams was delicious. Upon opening the box, the pickled mustard greens were vibrant green, and I stir-fried them with some edamame beans. The flavor was incredibly fresh and delicious.
It's a bit too salty. It's okay as a topping for rice or noodles, but too salty to eat on its own. However, it's also quite flavorful.

it will give you high blood pressure if you eat it by itself. add more ingredients to moderate the salt content or with bland food like lots of rice or noodles. otherwise flavor is workable.
The taste is good and the quantity is sufficient. However, the Chinese snow vegetable is not as tender as the American snow vegetable.
