Made siomai! These siomai wrappers are perfect for making siomai dumplings. I’m able to freeze them for future steaming. I’ve tried steaming the frozen ones and they turned out so good.

This is too much to make wontons, but I bought it to make stick-shaped dumplings this time.
I usually make it in two batches, but once it's thawed, it's better to make a large batch and freeze it. I've been really into shrimp wontons lately (this time I made them without soup), and they're delicious! Before I know it, I'm craving them again and buying wonton wrappers.
