The chickens are small and have little meat and bones.
It was extremely small, weighing just over 2.1 pounds. It had almost no chicken flavor, no sweetness, and apart from the breast, there was hardly any meat on the other parts; it was mostly just a carcass. It was probably too small. I wouldn't repurchase this even if it was on sale.
It only weighs a little over 2 pounds, it looks rather small, I won't buy it next time.
The chicken tasted good; for someone like me who's used to eating freshly slaughtered chicken from a California farm, it was acceptable.
I bought it and used it to make chicken soup for the New Year's Eve dinner; chicken, duck, fish, and meat are all essential.

I've bought other chicken cuts from them before and thought they were good, so I bought this little chicken.
It's a bit like a young chicken, not very fresh, but it's okay to make a soup with wild mushrooms. The meat is basically firewood.
