Just received it, haven't opened it yet. I'm only buying it to try it out before posting reviews. In the first picture, you can definitely see the chestnuts are plump and large in the transparent area, with a fresh, pale yellow color.

It's quite convenient. When the chicken soup is almost done, take it out of the refrigerator, rinse it with water, and put it directly into the pot. It will be ready in about 10 minutes. It's both powdery and sweet.
You can buy it to stew pork ribs or chicken.
