I plan to make 100 dumplings with mushroom, pork, shrimp, chives, and egg filling. I have two packs of dumpling wrappers.
The dumpling wrappers I bought from this platform have already been used to make dumplings. The wrappers are large and of good quality, but the edges are a bit dry, so I had to wet them with water. Sometimes they're a little hard to seal tightly. I wish the wrappers had more moisture, so they would be easier to seal. Otherwise, they're pretty good.
Although they're made with dumpling wrappers, the dumplings made with them are still delicious when pan-fried; the taste reminds me of home.
