Good for jajangmyeon. Chewy and jist the right amount of bounciness. Also good for ramen or jjampong
As a content creator, quality is important and my udon noodles definitely stood the test. I never had them “uncooked” before and I won’t eat them no other way going forward. Texture was perfect and made an awesome gravy out of the water. Great buy!!!
