The rice noodles are beautiful, have a perfect chewy texture, and don't get mushy when cooked. The quality is good and they're very easy to prepare. I will buy them again!

3 Miền brown rice vermicelli, large 2 lb pack, lasts a long time. The noodles have a characteristic brown color before cooking, and the packaging is clean. I often use this vermicelli to make healthy mixed noodle dishes with chicken breast, or to make vermicelli soup with pork ribs and meatballs. A tip for delicious noodles is to boil them in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes, then immediately rinse them with ice water to make them chewy, firm, and not sticky. I really like them because they are chewy, delicious, not mushy, and healthy. The only drawback is that they take a little longer to cook than regular white vermicelli. 4. Soy Sauce
