I used it to make mala dry pot! The sauce it self smells sweeter than it tastes, I had to use a lot more than I thought to get the spice level I wanted it to be, definitely had to add oyster sauce and fish sauce to give it more depth. Overall will cook with it again and it is very convenient!

There are less than 4 months left. All three are August 11th and 12th. I am satisfied with the other items, but the expiration date of the sauce is really disappointing.
