these are my numbwr one breads. I love these bread because the don't bother my blood sugars and plus they are filling if eating them on there own. my youngest son likes to make cheese sandwiches with this bread. my husband likes these breads after a workout because they have a good amount of protein in them.

Since they're frozen, they're perfect for people living alone. I grill them one by one whenever I want to eat them. I let them sit on the counter for 15 minutes before grilling, and they turn out crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! The saltiness is subtle, making them perfect for banh mi! They were also delicious with olive oil. I'll definitely be buying them again!
