This is my first time buying this; I plan to make hot and sour noodles.
I use this to make Vietnamese noodles soup. It takes a while to cook them. I usually soak them in warm water for maybe 30 mins before I cook so they get soft easier
Delicious rice noodles, absolutely fantastic!
Rice noodles have a chewy, springy texture when cooked, and they're easy to cook. They're great for stir-frying or making soup noodles, and it's convenient to keep some on hand at home.
You can make fried rice noodles or rice noodle soup, both are good.
As shown in the picture, one packet, once dissolved, is just the right amount for four people.

This is my first purchase, and the product looks very nice and great.
The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
