This was my first time buying shepherd's purse vegetarian buns from this brand, and they tasted good, but I still prefer the flavor of bok choy. However, these small vegetarian buns have thin skin and plenty of filling, far superior to other brands!

Vegetarian xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) are a good snack to satisfy cravings.
I bought it a second time...it's pretty good.
Cook these xiaolongbao using the same method as pan-fried dumplings!
Vegetarian xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) can be eaten after steaming.
