It’s a whole squid excluding the legs. The portion is huge. I dipped them in egg batter and fried them, and got about 13 pieces. They are perfect as a snack to go with beer, soju, makgeolli, or even wine. Even my daughter, who hates Korean food, ate it well, so I’m in a good mood.
