Used this to make halaya for my ube pandesal.
I like putting this ube in champorado. It's best to defrost it before working with it. I usually put mine in the fridge overnight and steam the portion I want to use for 10 minutes first until soft.

Delicious, fresh and sweet. Bought it in September 2026, has an expiration date if March 2028, so I wouldn't worry about getting an old product. I've been using it as a breakfast spread. Now time to try Ube and jelly sandwiches!
